"I had a beautiful new kitchen install over 3 days (10-12th October) by such a hardworking, dedicated and skilled team of Alan and Duncan. I can’t praise them enough as they tackled whatever problems arose with no complaints. They cleaned up each night and left everything they installed on the Wednesday looking lovely. I was also impressed that the other tradesmen- electrician, plumber, gas fitter - all came on call and we’re very efficient and friendly too. All the rubbish was also removed by a recycling company the next day which was great to see too. The whole experience was much better and quicker than expected. The main downside was that 2 items were ordered incorrectly by the salesman and despite phoning before the fitters left, speaking to the office and the salesman who promised to look into my complaint, I’ve had no response now for the past month. My dishes now share an open cupboard with my cleaning materials- NOT what I asked for, and my work surface is too short in my utility to cover my washing machine and dryer- both mistakes by the salesman - not the fitters. But Clearwater now don’t answer phone calls and this cost me £16,000 which I was a little apprehensive about in a time of recession. I have also informed the finance company. I would compromise with a fix for the cupboard if someone would just call back. Excellent products and installation- but I’m afraid ‘after service’ is sadly lacking with Clearwater. UPDATE: Both items, that had made me choose 4 stars initially, have been addressed today. Thank you Clearwater for appreciating my concerns and dealing with them promptly. I have changed my review to 5 stars today. (29/11/22)."

"Absolutely delighted beyond words with the kitchen and bathroom installed by Clearwater in July 2022. Working with Ricky on the kitchen redesign was a pleasure, he is so knowledgeable and patient ( with all my demands!), and his design ideas are 1st class. The installation team always turned up when scheduled and were polite, courteous hard workers who went above and beyond to complete the job. A pleasure to have in your property. Would 100% recommend!"

"I received a beautiful bathroom from Clearwater on 29 /07/2022. The whole new bathroom was fitted in 4 working days and I was impressed. Again, thank you so much for making my shower room happening. However, I can not recommend any my friends and families to use the service as I have been calling the company to fix some unfinished issues, missing pieces for new shower room for a month. To be honestly, I chose pay a huge amount of money and I hope to receive the best service, effective after care plans to resolve unfinished issues from Clearwater. At this point, I still wait for their fitters to come back to fix them. I don't know how long I need to wait and how many emails I need to send. Finally, I wish they can return my key door as well, I feel stressed as someone has my key for a month."
