"I would say not a very professional people. Very rude and disrespectful approaching. There is not need for that. Lack of support in case of medical advice. And a very very dirty! Does no one ever clean there? It took me long time after many visits to finally write what I think. Whoever is a manager should’ve been ashamed."

"Absolute shambles, called spoke to some Indian lady could not understand a word of English!! They point blank refused to deliver my urgent medications, told them I'm isolating with my 2 children & cannot leave the house!! Very rude lady did not care at all!! Should be locked up, Britannia pharmacy in ilford are even worse, so bloody useless, don't have a clue what's going on.... Manager is a total waste of space & should not be allowed to work with the public!!! Minus stars, worst service I've ever experienced....."
