"I had good experience with their service. Boots take forever and have people standing in lines for hours. They told me they were out of stock after a long wait and were telling me all sorts of nonsense, however dp saw my prescription and immediately gave my medicines."

"First time at this pharmacy and worst experience I have ever had. I regularly visit other chemists due to health reason. A family member went to collect my prescription whilst I was in the car as I was looking after my daughter who was unwell as was I. He got told he needed to provide proof on the spot for my benefits. I've never been asked for it and was slightly annoyed that I had to leave my car with a screaming child. I walked in and showed my BANK DETAILS i have never had to do this but did it anyways as I simply needed my medication. I asked her the reason why I had to prove as I wouldn't be getting a fine because I am not a liar! The reasons were inadequate and we went back and forth which led her to tell me I walked in with attitude. That i was too LAZY to ger out of my car. When I replied back and asked her how dare she speak to me like that she simply told me to get out. Not once but a at least 3 times. There were others in the chemist and it was humiliating. Horrible woman deserved an earful from me after that."
