"This used to be a really good pharmacy which I had been using for over 10 years. But recently I’m Unsure what’s happened but the service regarding repeat prescription has deteriorated big time. My mum used to get repeat prescription from here on time with no issues, and then it all changed and there had been a couple of occasions when her medication actually run out because they forgot to get her repeat medication ordered in time. And when your on blood pressure tablets that’s really dangerous. And when I questioned why this happened I got no apology and just some really bad attitude. So now I have finally started using another pharmacy in the area."
