"During my time attending the centre I found every single one of the staff to be friendly, helpful, caring, and warm and compassionate, they are a credit to the service and I thank them all for their support and encouragement. I hope they will all understand that I wish to highlight the service and care I received from the people and areas that I had most contact with and who are as follows. Dr. Lofts and Dr. Glees, my Consultants, who were unfailingly warm, personable, thorough, honest and understanding. They took time to engage with me, to explain things to me, made me laugh and treated me like a person, I cannot thank them enough. Keisha (Radiotherapy Service Manager), Jenly, Sharon, Alison, Charlotte, Olga, DJ and Mhariri, the Radiotherapy Team, who I had almost daily contact with. You spent time with me when I needed it, you listened to me when I needed to talk and you laughed with me. You treated me as a person.
