"Extremely poor service! Arranged for puppy to be groomed! Upon arriving the assistant very quickly came to the conclusion that they would be unable to keep the appointment, however we could reschedule an appointment or (believe this) keep the appointment as they could do it but at an adult dog price due to the grooming that needed to be done! Not sure if we had the last appointment of the day as it seemed they were readying to finish for the day but it was obvious straight away that they were trying to find excuses not to go ahead! It is very strange that they couldn't, but then could offer the appointment but at a higher price! Rest assured we refused to reschedule or pay an adult price for a young puppy, claimed our deposit back and walked out! Will never use the service again!"
"Unfortunately, all branches of the Groom Room from Pets at Home are not friendly to large dogs, for five weeks I have been trying to bath the dog, but the service non-stop cancels visits without giving reasons"
