"Had a terrible ongoing experience partap, they have refused to give our deposit 4 months after moving from the office property. They connived with the landlord assisted him in this extortionate act. They are very rude, not honest and can't be trusted, they are deceitful it's been a few months since we left the property pristine condition but they are refusing to pay our deposit for no reason why engage in such an illegal and disgusting behaviour I have all records and I will involve the press and watchdog as this behaviour is criminal. They did not use a deposit scheme, we never missed a rent payment in years always spot with payment but they want to fleece our deposit. I've seen other reviews but they are complete opposite of realistic experience dealing with this dodgy agency."
