Reviews
"My grandmother grew up in this building, her father was a firefighter; in her memoirs, she mentioned the Great Silvertown Explosion (1917)as he was called for duty & all the smoke & dust in the area; her family lived in Nos. 1, 2 & 3 over the years before moving to Hornchurch. She wrote that it was the 'best station we ever lived in"."
"- Pros: cheap rent, modern studios, supermarkets nearby, pretty much safe area. - Cons: isolated place, not in central Greenwich or near the station, always have to take a bus. Very near from the highway so quite polluted and noisy."
