"This is the worst estate agency I ever come across. Very poor service provided please stay away. We had a Manager assigned to deal with our property, her name is Shikena Goode and she is being very unprofessional and bullying us and not returning our deposit despite I have followed all the guidelines ! I am intending to make a complaint to how this agency was treating me as a tenant and especially now by holding my money and not wanting to return my deposit because apparently the email from council to collect some bulky items is not enough as they want an email from council on headed paper!! Of course Shikena is trying all she can to keep my money and she is not returning my deposit! This is so rude and I will report her and this agency on how they treat their tenants!!"
