Almost everything is great - good location, modern and bright apartment which looks exactly like what the photos show, and service is good (the team responded to all of my needs although sometimes it was not very timely but all acceptable). The only thing that's disappointing is the bed linen. Staying at an apartment like this, you're expecting good quality bed linen, not cheap ones that you don't want to touch. Cutting costs on small things like this discounts the overall experience as ensuring a comfy bed for sleep is very important."

The apartment was warm, water was always hot and the weekly service was appreciated. Any communication or inquiries were quickly acted upon. "Overall my stay was enjoyable and a good value for money. There was some confusion upon arrival as I went to the local store to pick up the keys for the apartment and the provided code didn’t work. The Square was quick to respond and I was in the apartment within 30 minutes. The apartment was as advertised. Simple and bare bones but comfortable. The headboard was damaged and there was some missing paint on the ceiling in the bathroom but those aren’t things that bother me much. Bed was large and comfortable. Midway through my stay the hot water heater failed but The Square once again was very quick to respond and when I returned later that afternoon it was fixed and working again. The neighborhood (Euston Station) is a bit rough with homeless people living in tents on the street outside. Never felt in danger but also something you should be aware of before booking. Kitchen was useful, wifi was consistently good and its a spacious (albeit weirdly shaped) flat. The Square was very attentive to our needs."
