"Worst estate agent ever! Went for a viewing and was promised by the person showing the flat 3 things: the flat would have been fully painted, the carpet professionally cleaned and the curtain rails fixed. 6 weeks later, on the actual day I moved in, I entered the flat and absolute NOTHING of what I was promised got done. Had to eventually pay a painter and split the bill with the landlord as he wouldn't pay for all of it. Had to pay for the carpet to be professionally cleaned and I had to foot the bill. Whilst doing all this, I also got told what colour I had to use and not to remove the disgusting curtains they had on. I don't know how this agency works but what I can advise you on is, do not go with Hunters!!! Especially the one in Whetstone and Totteridge, I'll stick to openrent once I'll move out."
