"Avoid at all costs! No ethics or morals. Our home which is right next to the office got struck by lightning over six weeks ago. After initially being told it would be done in a week, turns out will take at least nine months! After their insurers messed us around telling us they will reimburse us... have not honoured that at all. With young children, we are still staying in budget hotels as there have been no alternative solutions offered. There were eight families affected whom we have made a group with, who all agree that Chas Lowe has been terrible with communication and zero transparency. They advised us we lie about the number of tenants we are so we could get a property sooner. Anyway, turns out the builders did a cowboy job of the roof initially.
