"Thank you for letting us stay at your property. We were 3 adults and 2 young children for 3 days. The property was clean and just as advertised. The space was great and comfortable. The location was excellent for accessibility to parks and attractions. We had very good and detailed communication from the hosts, providing all the details needed. The house was very warm, helpful in winter. The digital entry key needs a little bit of attention and time to work out, but it all works very well. Thank you for the stay."

"We had the most wonderful 5 days in this beautiful home. The furnishings, linen etc was excellent quality. The house is warm, light and spacious and very well equipped. The bedrooms are beautifully presented and we slept to restfully. It was great to have a well equipped laundry to do our travel washing. We loved the views out over midsummer common. Location was great- short walk to down and down to the river to watch the College rowing crews. A dip in the Jesus Green Lido a short walk away was so invigorating! The service was excellent- house was super clean on arrival and communication was excellent- when I asked for a parking permit it was dropped off in 10minutes. I couldn’t recommend a nicer place to stay- and we will definitely come back! We have been travelling around the UK and Europe for several weeks and this by far has been the best place we have stayed."

"A beautiful and stylish apartment in a perfect location in the center of Bath and yet quiet with full landscape to the river. The apartment is fully equipped and convenient for families and couples. It was lovely to see the swans in the river while drinking the morning coffee in the terrace. Good separation between the 2 bedrooms and the living room. One additional bedroom is at the ethic of the living room. Close to a big supermarket and with two good restaurants just 50 meters away. The parking on the entrance to the flat is an important bonus to your stay in Bath."

"Extremely disappointed with Stay Beyond. We've been mislead, lied to and completely ignored with our issues we found at number 27 Chesterton. This house was advertised as recenlty renovated. Two of the six bedrooms were inhabitable due to mold. Here's a summary of the issues that were brought to Stay Beyonds attention. -house has mold on all 3 levels -down stairs shower was broken -backyard garden was overgrown and unusable - oven was broken -kitchen walls were covered in food -entry way from the front door had sever water damage causing the sheetrock to fall off -couches were stained and disgusting"

"Stayed in a flat for 8 nights. Viewings everyday, but awkward having to sit there whilst a prospective buyer looks around. We had a baby and just tended to wait in the garden. Also, workman round multiple times during the 8nights. Stay Beyond rang and emailed incessantly throughout, my phone never stopped informing me of all of these visits. Fine but not relaxing for me. On one viewing we were out and they left the flat unlocked with all of our stuff in. Flat was fruit fly infested, not ideal particularly given we had a baby. Took 5 working days for Stay Beyond to do anything and even then it was provide a few smelly candles. No interest in pest control or anything permanent. Flat was a fortune and oh so average due to all of the above. Took them 8days after checkout to return refundable deposit which was in breach of their own contract."
