"I can wholeheartedly recommend Martin & Co Crystal Palace. We had our flat on the market for four months with another agent, re-listed with Martin & Co and had an offer within ten days. From our first engagement with James, they were professional and very knowledgeable which gave us confidence. The viewing process was very good - they use a web portal to show booked viewings and Michael (who did our viewings) wrote up feedback usually within a couple of hours which we really valued. The actual conveyancing/legal process is where they 100% earned their (very reasonable) fee. The conveyancing process is so opaque and we got little information from solicitors; James was always the one I'd go to and have a clear view of the sale status within hours as he'd engage with agents/solicitors throughout the chain. Our solicitor even commented that James is a "first class agent" and that he can't say that about many people, and this credibility definitely helps the process.
