"Without doubt the worst letting agency I have come across. I rented from them for 2 years on Maycross Avenue Morden and when I complained about a un flashed chimney breast that was allowing damp and mould to grow on the wall of the living room I and my young family were evicted. No rent arrears, no complaints an almost perfect tenancy until I asked for a problem to be fixed. I spent christmas in St Geroges with my son with pneumonia. It's taken me three years to write this review and I bet you thought I'd gone away but a recently new poor letting agency has reminded me just how awful you were. It's a shame we were evicted before the environmental health officer visited. In response to the comment below pls explain to everyone why we were evicted then and why environmental services did not have an opportunity to visit."

"Mostyn Management have ruined my flat, they manage a block of 5 flats in Surbiton. They organised a new roof for the building. My previously pristine damp free top floor flat now has major damp issues in 3 rooms. They visit, say 'yes its damp' shrug their shoulders and leave. I would not recommend Mostyn management."
