"Worked with George Landon at the Sloane Square location for a penthouse in Pimlico. George was thoroughly professional. Well dressed, professional, and showed up a bit early to greet us at the property. George arrived with a professionally branded folder for Draker with personalized printouts of the property with details and photos as well as a printed version of the application to let. Upon our expression of interest, George immediately followed up with the landlord with bios of me and my wife as a first expression of interest and sent us the links to complete referrals, initial payment, and the paperwork necessary. The paperwork was online and the referrals were online, all very professional and tidy. Our bank flagged the payment as suspicious and the fraud agent was more than satisfied with the documentation we'd been provided by George to provide immediate payment. George followed up on small details with the most polite, well crafted instant messages via WhatsApp. The instant messages were always written and signed as professional correspondence, quite unusual to be so professional via messaging. The property was taken off the market on the first business day available and cascaded out to the other rental property websites the day after as 'let agreed'. I normally have suggestions to improve service or professionalism but with this service I have none. Awesome job, George, for Draker. -Rod"
