"Awful service. Initially the house we moved into was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an end of tenancy standard by the previous tenants. It took a few months of back and forth for them to finally get an appropriate cleaning team in to do an acceptable job. We’ve since been sending them emails on a weekly basis regarding damp in our house which was present when we first moved in. My housemate has asthma and the damp severely affects this, but Peter Woods haven’t done a single thing about it in 6 months. They dodge our emails and just keep us waiting - as is typical with all estate agents once they have your deposit/monthly payments. I would strongly advise against using them as an agent because they seem to be inept at sorting the most important of things like fixing the electrics (we had lights flickering throughout the entire house for months)"
