"I recently stayed at this hotel in London over the weekend and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and comfortable, even with three people staying in it. The beds were cozy and the room was well-appointed, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offered a wide selection of dishes to choose from, including both hot and cold options, which made it easy to find something delicious to eat each morning. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the staff were always on hand to ensure that everything was replenished as needed. Finally, I have to give a special shoutout to Jerryn at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, providing me with helpful tips and recommendations for things to see and do in the city. He was always friendly and approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in London. With spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and a helpful and friendly staff, it truly exceeded my expectations"

"The good: two beds and two full baths. Quiet and near really good restaurants. Great free breakfast. Free laundry machines. The bad: sometimes the hot water wouldn't work. Also, the thermostat automatically turns off after a few hours, so after you get home in the freezing rain you are greeted by a cold room. Lastly it's a bit of a walk from the underground stop. I still give it four stars, hopefully they fix the heat and hot water problem."

"We had a good stay at this hotel. The location is a short walk to the tube station and bus stops. Two supermarkets nearby. An authentic little Japanese restaurant, pub, coffee shop nearby. We often walked back at night and felt safe in the neighbourhood. The breakfast was great - special shout out to Fatiha and team! Reception was helpful, especially Gabriela and Marcia who were always positive and cheerful. Very convenient to have laundry facilities in the basement. Thank you for providing detergent. Although our room was a cramp for 3 of us (2 adults + 1 teen), it was nice to be able to work downstairs in the clean brightly lit dining area, even late at night. The laundry basket provided in the rooms is too bulky and requires two hands to carry. This makes it difficult to press lift buttons and open doors without dropping the basket - maybe change to one that can be carried in one hand. The flooring in the shower stall is very slippery and a fall risk. Overall, we like the cosy casualness of this hotel. Thank you for making our stay memorable!"
