"Fantastic location if you are heading to see Harry Potter and the cursed child. You couldn't be any closer! Room was small but we had a good night's sleep. The front of house were very accommodating and let us check in very early which was great. All in all would highly recommend"

"I stayed here over new years and overall had a good experience. I saw some reviews that mentioned this is a luxury hotel, but I would say it’s more of a comfortable budget hotel. 3 stars for the rooms but 5 stars for the service! Location: almost unbeatable as you are in the heart of Soho so everywhere we went this hotel was in the middle of it all. Also very convenient walk to nearby tube stations Rooms: probably the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever seen (and I thought NY hotel rooms were cramped). I stayed with my partner and there wasn’t even room to open both suitcases so we had to pack up all our stuff everyday which was a pain. The bathroom is only separated by a glass wall so not much privacy when using the toilet/shower. The steam will also make the room soooo humid even with AC on so be prepared for that. The room somehow seemed to get super dusty very quickly and the TV was constantly not working properly Service: Omar was truly exceptional!!! We noticed he was still a trainee but wow he was incredibly attentive, hospitable, and eager to help us! Most of the staff was also very helpful to resolve any issues, but Omar really made us feel welcome and looked after. It was also a lovely surprise to be offered free wine and cheese since we booked directly with the hotel!"

"In the heart of Soho, what else do i need to say? We were given a complimentary upgrade on arrival (yay, lucky us) into a 3 floor flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This place was superb, well appointed, clean and close to everything. Walking distance to Westminster and the British Museum. Stumbling distance from the bars and restaurants of Soho."

"The staff members were really helpful and accommodating when my flight got cancelled and I had to book at last minute. The room was very comfortable, exactly how it looks in photos. Location excellent too."
