"One star because I have to rate it. Worst place oi have ever booked. Don't recommend at all. What is advertised is not what you get. We where given a room that was not cleaned. At 2am 2 women and a child were left on their own looking for a hotel."

"Disappointed completely Broken window handles, unable to close, during February, freezing cold and noisy street... Changed 3 rooms. Not so modern and not clean, broken safe, rusty bathroom and room furniture, small TV with faulty remote. No kettle of coffee maker in the room. Helpful staff"

"This is an old , nice and very friendly hotel , only 2 min.from Earl`s Court tube station and buses to city centre located just outside as well as all the shops you need. Location is great and if you are not keen on spending the entire holyday inside the hotelroom it is guite good enough! I had a problem with the lock on my suitcase and the staff went overboard doing everything possible to help me. The staff makes you feel welcome and safe."

"Terrible experience staying here. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The mattress was absolutely disgusting and I slept on top of the duvet to avoid getting close to it. All the furniture is so dated including the iPod dock TV which was tiny and didn’t have any sound. No lights on in the corridors or reception area. Taps didn’t work correctly. Dead COCKROACHES. In need of serious repairs. Staff were awkward. Disgusting place and will never be going near it with a stick."

"The hotel was filthy! We could not use the bathroom as it was disgusting. The bath was covered in yellow stains and the taps did not work properly. The window was covered with a concrete block so the room was constantly dark and stuffy. The air conditioning also did not work. The television was also practically on the ceiling so that could not be used either. The towels given to us were also the size of hand towels which is completely inadequate. There was also no turn down service offered. The only positive about this hotel is that it is next to Earls Court station which makes it easy to get into the city centre"
