"It is worth spend a little bit more and choose at least a hotel that is clean!! In the reception the bad smell exudes, stairs dirty, corridor smelling like a sewer. The room seems not be clean in months, dust, mites, and so on. We didnt have courage to have breakfast in that place."

"Absolutely perfect for a one night stay. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Only downside was someone above me banging around at 4am and again at 6am. Apart from that it was fine. Would definitely stay again."

"Great value BUDGET hotel in excellent location. Pleasant, quiet street, but only 2 mins from Earls Court underground station & bus stops. Good pubs, shops, restaurants etc nearby. Easy connections to both central London & Heathrow airport. Staff are really friendly & helpful (24 hr reception).Rooms are pleasant with spotless linen & towels, & comfortable mattresses."

"I thought this was a decent hotel. The location to the tube is great, but the cleanliness was lacking. I don't care how outdated a hotel room is as long as it's clean. We had a double bed against the window and another up on the mezzanine, and I wonder how thoroughly you can clean those tight spaces between guests. The tile in our bathroom was dark speckled stone, so it was hard to see how clean it is, and we found in a drawer on our last day some clothes from a previous guest. But we literally were here just to sleep and shower, so it was fine. We met one of the maintenance people, and he as very helpful and friendly."

"The rooms are clean and just about spacious enough, with a mini kitchen area, the room rate compared to the position is acceptable. The first concierge was just lovely, really. BUT, when I left the hotel with all my luggage the concierge just would not call me a taxi, sending me really out to fetch one from the street, claiming he has no phone numbers? That was absolutely unacceptable ."
