"It's not a 4-star hotel. Maybe 3 stars. The room very small and the shower without shower tray. It remember me when I went to hostels. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not much. The breakfast well but not great. I had breakfast included the 2 days and they haven't written down in their notes. The location is good. Very expensive."

"This hotel overcharged my card on file, by a second night which I did not stay. I have been waiting for a refund now for two months which they have decided to now ignore. When I brought up the overcharge, they agreed to refund me only after I provided proof that I did not stay at their hotel a second night! That in itself is so unprofessional! How do you not know where/how long your guest are staying?! I chose not to stay a second night because the room was so dingy and filthy. Marked walls, and carpets like a night club floor that your shoes stuck to. I could not take my shoes off in that room. It was definitely a low 3 star and nowhere near a 4 star as claimed. Beware of staying here as you may also get fraudulently charged on your card for services/nights, and be waiting for a refund for months.. if at all. DO NOT recommend."

"Came here for an afternoon tea with bottle of Prosecco. Staffs were kind enough to give us more scones. You can see initially the scone shape is not what it looks like. However, staffs did try to get us more scones that shaped correctly. Oh and the preserves raspberries were delicious and freshly homemade. Worth coming for a visit on this. Although the lounge area could be improved with more comfortable sitting but that is probably my preference."

"Loved this hotel for its closeness to Euston station. No issues with room and service. Only gripe I wish the bar stayed open later. 11pm is so early…. Definitely would stay here again though. Breakfast was lovely beds comfy too…."
