"Really bad experience with this "hotel". This is not even a hotel and I have no idea how these installations are allowed to operate under 4 stars hotels. Dirty and cold rooms, old mattress, broken shower. Remote controls without batteries. There is no receptionist, a bar, or restaurant in the location. The emergency phone number is not working or even nobody answers. You can only contact them via chat."

"Have no consideration for neighbours as guest are just allowed to throw bags of rubbish out when ever causing rat/mice problems!!! Should have a big bin that gets emptied!!!!"

"The entry system needs to be looked at. A 10 digit code to enter your room plus 2 , 4 digit codes to enter building. Reception but that appears not to work. On my stay I had to help several guests to enter the hotel and there rooms. Badly managed ......"

"Nice beds and located near the subway. Everything else terrible. Dirty rooms, with old socks and toe nails under the bed. No staff, at any time. Shower not working in one of the rooms (didnt bother to mail the company since we just used the shower in the other room). Can not be recommended. Try to avoid."

"The rooms are very dusty, replacement no towels provided even through I contacted them twice. Had to ask to move rooms due to the mould in the shower and dust in the rooms. Fire alarms went off for hours early morning both days. Very unsafe place to stay.."
