"Asked for a ground floor room and was accommodated. Staff are friendly, and go the extra mile to help you. Service and treatment is always valued more then the room for me. The staff provided this! The room is clean and you get what you pay for. James (staff member), keep up your great customer service standard"

"Really nice sized rooms. Clean. Fresh towels provided. Shower only in the standard rooms, unsure of the plus rooms. Good customer service. You have to pay for private parking off road, non guests can use it too, 24hrs is £10, I suppose prices vary with how long the stay is and you can come and go once parking has been paid for and validated - please read the sign posts. There is a bar inside and nice place to sit and chill. Lift use available for upper floors."

"This hotel offered a nice room but as soon as we went to grab a hot drink none of the electrical sockets were working.. (only the USB port near the bedside) The lady from downstairs kindly came and resolved the issue & everything was working again. We asked for extra pillows but none were available.. The toilet seat in the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly as it still had a yellow unflattering mark on it.. Overall this was a nice stay at this hotel."

"Welcoming and helpful reception staff, clear explanation from staff of evacuation procedures for wheelchair users and closet refuge point to allocated room took the time to find out specific needs, clean well presented family room, good buffet breakfast. Didn't bother us but some early morning noise from very close train line and flight path proximity"

"Convenient for Excel centre - its close to the East entrance but a mile walk to West entrance. There is a good, but busy Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. Rooms are basic and not big, but do their job and are clean. It was a shower, not a bath, but I prefer that and the water pressure was great. Food was very basic, lots was off the menu. We had a few problems with the door card but they sorted it fairly easily."
