Lion & Key Hotel

"We spent £1000 in the hotel and the cleaners have stolen all of my aunties stuff including her house keys her passport, smartwatch, wireless earphones, and one of the employees called the cleaners and spoke in his languages and their was blood stains all over the carpet, the staff was rude and disrespectful. We paid for two nights but only stayed one night and my cousin was pregnant when she had morning sickness they refused to clean the room so we had to move it is not a place that deserves ur money don’t go there"

"I’ve only ever come here for drinks or food as I’m local and it’s always amazing Turkish/English food and great service in this place! Would highly recommend the lamb chops. The owners have always looked after me and my family members especially Joe and it’s very much appreciated."

"This was a lovely find for weekend visit into London. Little out of the way for Central London (about 35 - 50 minutes travel time) - BUT, there are excellent public transport options available. Various buses (particularly the 69) stop just across the road from this hotel, and 4 - 5 stops get you to the nearest (Central) tube station at Leyton. It should also cost been £15-25 to get a taxi (or Uber) ride into Central London (during daytime hours anyway) Rooms are adequate, very clean, and comfortable. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area."

"Perfect hotel, immaculate housekeeping in all areas, staff are so friendly and helpful and want the guest to have a perfect stay every time. The food is consistently excellent and they have an superb choice for breakfast and all day menu. Cooked fresh in the open kitchen so never fails to please."
