"Service was great, and the hotel was also very clean, however, these rooms are so tiny you can not even lay your suitcase down and can barely walk around your bed. The pictures on their website are taken at an angle where you wouldn't even notice that. That was the only downside was the space. We tried changing the room, but unsuccessfully. The location was great, right in central London."

"Great location, clean rooms. Value for money if booked well in advance. Rooms are very small and some may feel claustrophobic but if you need a room just to keep your luggage , freshen up and sleep then this is a good place to stay. Great staff at the reception and very accommodating."

"Very small rooms. I had a double and there wasn't much space for 1. Couldn't even get to the open clothes hanging space and luggage had to be on the floor next to the bed. However, clean and tidy rooms. Comfy bed. Was only booked for 1 night so for the price and location it was fine. Wouldn't like to think I was staying for longer with the size."

"Everywhere was very clean which is the most important factor when staying in a hotel. The rooms are TINY! This wasn't a problem for me as I had my own room. For other family members sharing, there is not enough space to move around. People should definitely consider whether room size is important when choosing this hotel"
