"we arrived at the hotel, lovely welcoming etc.. really small bedroom.. don’t go to room 202.. about 9:30pm-7:30am all we was hearing is people walking around/ going up and down stairs/ people arguing with the receptionist calling him disgusting names/ the tap from up above the room we are in kept going off most of the night/ front door opening and closing.. now we was in room 202 which was the heart of hearing absolutely everything, I suffer with mental health and take tablets and need my rest and I literally had a few hrs Kip.. we've got to be out the room for 10am and our coach isn't till 4:20! and have a 4.5hr trip back home.. i wouldn’t recommend but for the price of £76"
"Close to the underground and coach station, corner shops are also very close by. Service is superb! We arrived early and the kind gentleman allowed us to check in early and even told us about the FREE 5G Wi-Fi!!! We will definitely be coming back next time we go to London!"
"Beautiful room.but the wifi couldn't get to my room. The rooms were so cold at some point and it was abit hard coping as a first timer in the Uk. eventually the heater was put on."
"It's a roof over your head in a convenient spot with food and drink very nearby and easy links in and around London. Rooms are basic with wash hand basin. Shower and WC likely a short walk away, on another floor, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly."
"Staff are very friendly and kind. Check in process is smooth. The rooms are very small. The beds are really old and are spring mattresses so very uncomfortable. Our room had a water faucet to wash your face. The bathroom is shared outside of the room. The showers and toilets seemed clean. There was only 1 power outlet in the room so that was inconvenient. Much better than staying in a shared bed hostel in my opinion though. Personally would not stay here again."
