"WONDERFUL! My sister booked us a night here at the end of our European vacation after she had stayed at their hotel in Brighton and we loved it! The staff was very friendly and prompt to help us with anything we needed. Location is great, super close to the train station so it's very easy to get around. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Can't say enough good things about our stay here!"

"We stayed here for a weekend in London and was really looking forward to a slice of luxury. However, the member of staff that checked us in had a bad attitude and made us feel unwelcome. The room itself was lovely, comfortable and stylish. The location was also great but when customers are paying in excess of £200 a night, a smile and friendly customer service is the least you'd expect."

"We had dinner late-ish there last night. We returned after some not great experiences pre- pandemic . Very pleasantly surprised : Service was very friendly and prompt. Delicious chicken scallop with a light coating almost like tempura. The lamb rump was beautifully cooked. Might have had some haricots verts with it as a bit top heavy with crushed - but tasty a potatoes . Sicilian red we’ll priced and delicious. We will return."

"The hotel is charming, with a shabby chic mod UK in the 60s meets today charm. The soaps and the shower are terrific. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Lee in particular gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived late at night."
