"Avoid this hotel at all costs, they do not care about their customers. Shockingly poor Customer Service. My mum booked a room here and was then hospitalised so wasn't able to stay. I called to see whether the reservation dates could be changed and was told no, due to the non-refundable policy. We were not asking for a refund, and perhaps due to the fact that my mum was touch and go in hospital, an exception could have been made for her to simply reschedule the booking for the future. I stayed in her place as it felt a waste to leave an empty, paid for room...and I wish I hadn't. Cold and mediocre."

"The place was great and the staff was amazing. The only minus for me was the the HVAC filter for the room was extremely dusty and it triggered my allergies. Otherwise, a great experience and I might return"

"We were here for one night only. We booked the cheapest hotel we could find and didn't expect a lot to be fair. But we were pleasently surprised with our room, couldn't really ask for something else. Was very clean, modern and had everything you need and even more. Super happy with our stay and would come back on our next trip for sure! :)"

"As we were going to an event close by this was a great location for out stay. The staff were helpful and friendly upon arrival it is only when we arrived at our room the disappointment set in. Tho it looks modern it was a tired modern with many marks on the floor and almost every plug socket either damaged or not working. The kitchen area was a nice bonus and the bed was comply. The unwelcome overwhelming smellnof cigarette smoke however was not welcome. I called to request a room change but got some glade airfeshener instead. It did help but made the room feel dirty. That and the bleach stains on the bed tho made for a worried wife. All in all not the worst stay but won't be booking another stay."

"Very clean, the personal was helpful and kind too. But, unfortunately you should hire more staff, is not enough in only 2-3 girls. But, the girl with glasses Andrea I think, she helped me with everything I needed, 5 out of 5 for her and her rooms that she makes."
