"For the location and access and parking 100%. Manager Maria so attentive and helpful. Rooms spotless. Warm and shower , bathroom excellent. Warm and inviting staff and the breakfast is second to none. Highly recommended if you can get a room. Food is lovely and for Wembley prices very cheap. Can't say enough about the hotel..100% satisfied. Rob. H."

"The hotel was not at all clean. the bed linen had not been changed. There was a lot of hair on the bedding from previous guests. Dirty coffee mugs. Uncomfortable beds. I couldn't sleep because of the noise from cars from outside. I do not recommend this place."

"I usually go for a Premier Inn or Travelodge when working in Park Royal. Stumbled across this place for a last minute booking and was very pleasantly surprised. Lovely clean rooms, small but what more do you need. Nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast, and very reasonably priced for the location. And the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use from now on."

"Only popped into the cafe to get a sandwich as had a delivery down the road. Can't fault the food, very nice cheese and ham sarnie! Fresh bread and plenty of filling! Well priced too"

"Superb room, clean and modern. Such a great layout with a small kitchenette area (microwave, fridge, sink). Coffee and tea facilities. Great shower room. The café food wasn't to my taste but I am a fussy water, I could see they have a lot of happy customers eating there. The ladies at the cafe were absolutely lovely. Loved this place and will definitely come back."
