Reviews
"I only gave one star cos I couldn't leave it blank otherwise I would have. After reading the reviews and now my review I have no idea how this company is even still allowed to remain open. I'm hoping to go to the MP with how disgraceful these people are from the receptionist to the so called doctors. Let's hope after I contact the MP they get shut down for good."
"I’d say they’re lucky I’m not dead, but honestly I don’t even think they’d care if I was. Thus after 3 years of neglect from this service, I am finally terminating care with them. Have had only maybe 5 appointments maximum despite care navigators saying I require “consistent and frequent contact and support” due to the severe nature of my conditions. After trying and failing to keep up contact on my end, the last straw came today when, after calling them to double check whether my appointment was in person (and they said yes), it actually ended up being over the phone — after I’d already traveled an hour and a half to get there. I have mobility issues so this was already difficult enough on its own, not to mention I had to have my appointment in their car park. The doctor I spoke with wasn’t up to date on my care, and did not realise it had been 6 months since we’d last spoken. He also didn’t realise I’d not been in therapy this entire time either — another thing they organised horribly. Oh, and you wanna know how long my first appointment in 6 months was? 10 whole minutes. Yep. Turns out they have absolutely no time to do their actual jobs. This service deserves to be completely trashed. I have a hard time believing it’s doing anyone with severe mental disabilities any real good. Wish I could give 0 stars."
"The temp Psychologist (whom I spoke to weekly) left 6 weeks ago, no replacement, no contact from this service. Then these services complain when they get outsourced to private firms. Think it's time we all just started engaging with our MPs and Councillors, and let them argue it out. Because, when we complain and I quote the response: 'you should be grateful, you've got to see someone' This was in response to being contacted 4 months late. By my key worker. Update: Just been called by my new key worker. And informed, they're still recruiting for a team physiologist, but credit to him he did apologise. Welcome to the reality of 'Men should speak up and ask for help' campaigns. Peace."
"They refused to treat with respect and dignity having told them numerous times to change my medication from depo to tablets I was told no ; so I told them since that's the case I will no longer be taking medication anymore only to be told I will be forced if I didn't comply don't trust these so called professionals who frankly speaking don't care about what we think or feel or for that matter our well being ."
