"Had my ears syringed by this pharmacy. Trauma caused to ear canals and bleeding .And did not clear wax .Had to visit hospital. Please do not use this pharmacy for this procedure."
"Extremely helpful pharmacy, follows processes well and aren't afraid to challenge incorrect prescriptions. Thank you for being so efficient!"
"Astonishingly bad service. Frequently mishandle repeat prescriptions, and show no interest or concern about rectifying their errors. Belligerent when you express concern. Frankly dangerous and irresponsible. The person I spoke to on the phone said the pharmacy staff have been banned from walking in or phoning the surgery next door, so can no longer even chase up prescriptions. That is one weird broken professional relationship. For those who don’t know, the pharmacy and surgery are in the same building - the staff from each are feet away from each other, so not being allowed to communicate is freakishly dysfunctional and puts all regular patients at risk. Imagine!"
"Great pharmacy. The team are always so kind and helpful whenever I'm in to pick up my prescriptions. Nothing was too much trouble with our fit to fly certificates either. Thank you for all your help."
"I rushed into the pharmacy today following an incident where a baby was burnt by a hot drink near by. I was visibly stressed and asked for help to find something for burns. The shelves where I was directed to were quite empty, nothing was in stock for burns - only a cooling and antiseptic cream, for generic use. I asked for help, I said it was urgent, again I was visibly distressed. The assistant took their time, next the pharmacist tried to assist SLOWLY and, gave me something remotely generic, not specific to burns... I said fine I'll buy that. I only had apple pay - they said there was a £5 limit and i needed to buy something else. I was begging for a cream or cool towel quickly to a baby who has just been burned, help me. They said to go to an ATM... I asked could I come back, no I wasn't allowed to. So I left empty handed. I was totally and utterly incredulous with the staff by the time I left. Where was the humanity, the sense of urgency? A baby was burned, I was clearly in a rush and distressed. No sense of urgency on staff, it was actually unbelievable to experience. They asked me to not be so angry, I wasn't angry I was utterly incredulous. What kind of pharmacy doesn't have burn creams or cloths in stock? What kind of pharmacy doesn't do what they can when I report a child has been burned and I need urgent supplies. The staff should be utterly ashamed of themselves. A child was burned. I needed help and this pharmacy said no, and didn't even have any stock."
