"Quick, thorough service from everyone I spoke with. Dr Betiina was very understanding and quickly processed the required checks. Receptionist Chi-Wen was super polite and helpful when I kept calling about appointments and Nurse Alice was welcoming and helpful!"

"Been a member of this doctors now for close to 20 years. Lots of facilities. They are busy like all doctors. The ladies at reception work phenomenally hard. I have always found them to be polite. Dr Lawrie is fantastic. The best GP I have ever had. On the rare occasions Iv had to see other doctors there they have always been great. Nurse Alice is Very friendly. There is also counselling upstairs. You may see some bad reviews but what I’ll say is. If you rude to staff then of course they will not have a great attitude back. Speak to people how you want to be spoken too and remember ALL surgeries are underfunded and over worked. Given the amount of patients this surgery deals with I think it does extremely well . Overall this is a five star surgery with five star staff without a doubt. Iv never had an issue getting an appointment or trying to get an issue rectified if there has been a mistake. Am not just saying this, I genuinely think this is an excellent surgery. Don’t be put off by negative reviews. Read the positives. Great work. Thank you"

"****ZERO RATING **** Wouldn’t recommend this clinic! Waited 5 days to recieve a call from the Dr due to server pain. Called reception and spoke to Jess who said Dr Hall called in the morning informed I was on the train therefore didn’t have reception. She said clearly you knew you were excepting a call from 8-1 so it’s my fault! shows they don’t care about patients and when I said if she could please speak to the doctor she said No and said I have to fill out the form again and just wait. Avoid this practice! They don’t care about their patients! Horrible admin staff. Clearly they already have very bad reviews and still they don’t care!!!"

"Disgusting behaviour from the receptionist staff . Very rude and arogant attitude problems . They shouldnt be behind a counter at all . No respect for patients at all . And very very very rude especially in person and over the phone . Making cheeky rude comments over the phone especially that white lady . I dont know how she still works there . So arrogant . If i was an angry patient id probably go for her as shes that rude . Shes gonna end up in a fight one day talking like that to the wrong person . Dont register here trust me .
