"The worst service ever. If you want to book an appointment for a serious issue you might as well die before you are even able to talk to someone. I have been trying to call them for over a month. Sometimes they leave 20 ppl on the queue to have a phone call, when you call later the system is unavailable since 12:20. I mean, do they even work?"
"Purely on communication. Received a letter 4 days before appointment, have been trying to get through every day to rearrange, left messages with no call backs. There is no recording to say their opening hours or give information. It says on letter to let them no asap…. Am trying to! Click on website link for centre, page unavailable. No email addresses to contact either. All other services offer an app to rearrange etc, this would be really helpful and save DNAs. I’m now expecting to get a DNA letter with another appointment that will not suit but can’t seem to speak with anyone."

"Had a really good experience at the clinic. I went in for my first coil fitting and the waiting room has a tv playing which is great to take the edge off the nerves. All the staff were great and Abby and Zoe were my nurses. They were wonderful and explained everything super clearly and answered all my questions. The insertion itself was more intense than I was expecting and they were incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. Afterwards I was dizzy and they looked after me until I was able to leave. Was as good as I could have hoped for. Would recommend the clinic to any friend looking to have this done"
