As is anyone, I was extremely nervous before attending initially but everyone was so welcoming and helpful, this is definitely a game changer for business because creating a good vibe for me is either a hit or a miss. And I won’t come back. I’m very grateful for this and have bought more sessions to continue my hair removal journey. Their penny sales and offers are also great and reasonable, allowing more people to access this service. 100% recommend! So much better than the shock that is Pulse light clinic!"

"They’re super busy and you can tell, you’re really shoved in and out at lightning speed in the Stratford branch. The therapists are nice but I don’t appreciate having to take my clothes off and then having the door opened into the waiting room where other customers are. I haven’t seen much hair reduction with 3 sessions which is fine but I find it concerning that the therapists never ask how it’s going or attempt to change the laser settings to make it more powerful."
