"An absolute nightmare. I’m trying to leave for private healthcare even still they are making my life hell. I sent an e consult to get my medical records so my insurer can have my history before 24 feb. I didn’t hear nothing for 2 weeks I then had to phone in to be told that I had to speak to someone before they can send me. They did not contact me to tell me this until I had to call in. Not only this they gave me an appointment for next Wednesday to speak to someone so they can give me my record. My partner is going on the same policy and they simply asked why and emailed her the records within 48hours Because of this GP I’m now not protected by my private healthcare until they have my records. Adding to this they have missed 2 phone call appointments and when I call to say why has nobody called they state they did but nobody answered which is not true. Hence the move to private healthcare as this practice is dangerously run not like it use to be. I’m now having to wait until next week before I speak to someone just to get my records so I can finically get rid of this surgery. There is zero empathy on the receptionist or admin desk the only credible people here are probably the nurses. All the reviews and ratings are consistent with the theme of the practice being well below par. PLEASE IM TRYING TO LEAVE"
"Disheartening when you go to talk to them. Little help attitude, with little desire to understand you and help you almost as if they were just doing you a favour without interest! I would like to remind you that you secretaries are paid to do your job and it is really unprofessional behaviour to always show you so grumpy with those who come to talk to you! I'll change right away and I hope I can't find another one similar to you!"
"Ver poor service from Dr Kaya at the surgery. They have a very low review score for a reason. This surgery should be held accountable, to obtain a higher standard, than their current one. The GP practice is for people's health and safety, and peoplecome their for HEALTH reasons. Dr Kaya was extremely rude and unapologetic, when a simple request was made to her! The arrogance was shocking and she should NOT be working with people, or in healthcare, when she has no people skills! NHS staff used to have to take an oath that they had to uphold, regardless doing their best dor people. I think Dr Jaya believes that she may be the exception to that required standard."
"Rang up to see if my prescription was ready. Was in a 30 minutes queue. Reception answered gave my name and they said I wasn't registered. Even though I've been going to Dr Kapoor practice for over 30 year's. They said my GP was in North London but never registered anywhere there. Reception was a bit Ignorant. So best to find a better Healthcare centre. GP was nice but receptionist wasn't."
"Reception staff are disgustedly RUDE. Always have an attitude and are never polite. I called to see why my repeat medication was taking so long as the pharmacy had sent in the request a week ago. The receptionist denied there being a request and said it was my responsibility to make the request and if i wanted to make a request i could email and they could possibly look into it. POSSIBLY!!? i contacted the pharmacy again and they had provided me with the date/time of the request so i phoned the doctors up again! Its ridiculous, the rudeness of the receptionist must be part of their job description!! DO NOT RECOMMEND"
