She’s has a way to make you feel like you’re at a spa day with a friend. Their laser hair removal procedures work! I’ve used a lot different ones over the years but the results I’ve seen since going to Nova have been amazing!"

"I’ve just had laser vein removal (rosacea sufferer) with Valentina, but I’ve also had non surgical nose shaping and two rounds of lip filler with her, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else now with my face. She’s worth every penny. The clinic in general is super professional, clean and relaxing. Valentina works wonders with fillers, she listens closely to the desired outcome. I personally found the filler fairly painless. I have loved the results every time. Looking forward to the results from my laser treatment. Thanks again Nova clinic."

"Unfortunately, I cannot give this clinic a positive review. I purchased a whole laser removal package (3 areas) in January right before the pandemic. Of course, I could not expect to complete my sessions during lockdowns and social distancing, however, when things began to be ‘safe’ again I tried continuously to rebook my appointments to begin the laser hair removal process again and could never get an appointment!! I emailed continuously never receiving a response and left multiple voice messages. No one ever got back to me. I spent a large amount of money at this clinic and it has been completely wasted! It appears that they want to avoid providing me with the services I payed in advance for."
