"Desolated place, no one in the waiting rooms, and still they send you home with no appointment. I needed sti treatment but they insisted that I had to leave and book online or on the phone. I called 3 times and no one picked up! And online it says no appointments available. I insist, why can’t they give me an appointment in person?? Plus I literally only need antibiotics…"

"My first visit to the Waldron in 2022 was a good experience, i was very pleased with the care i received from Alison the doctor i had seen on the day. A follow up appointment i had for Dec 2022 i had to cancel due to having an operation so today the 09/01/2023 i rang the Waldron 8 times only for each call i made to be cut off, without me even getting to speak to someone. So hence the reason for a 4* rating... I have not been able to make another appointment."

The most important issue in diagnossis is if you drink or smoke and after the examination you have more pain than before.If you want to lose some important appointments, I deffenetly recomande this clinic."

"Why is it so hard to pick up the phones when you even set the times on when the public should call you? Just a waste of tax payers money completely the public should not be treated like this when they are paying for these services absolutely unbelievable how you allow the public to suffer like this instead of actually communicating properly maybe people wouldn’t feel like you are wasting their time and tax money. You would rather see people walking around with sti’s than picking up the phone the time people actually need help which is sad because I’m finding it hard to believe the nhs is there to help when the communication is this poor and online bookings are never available it’s a joke"
