"I saw the Registrar at the end of May and was assured they would communicate with my GP. It is the middle of July and my GP has not been contacted by them. I rang Chingway, they told my this clinic had moved and gave me a mobile number which goes straight to voicemail. They share an office space with my GP on Mondays, but when I was there on Monday to enquire I was given the same mobile number which is on voicemail since May. It is frustrating, as the registrar reckoned I should be seen with priority, however nothing had been shared with my GP. I would advise you to steer clear if you are after efficiency."

"I have to say what a warm and positive experience I had here yesterday. I had a smear test and was immediately made comfortable and put at ease by the very friendly and lovely nurse. I have had some horrible experiences in the past and i feel she went out of her way to make me me feel safe and relaxed. Next time I have a smear test I will be asking for this nurse. Thank you."
