"Impossible to get an appointment here after trying for over a month, I am a type 1 diabetic who NEEDS to be able to access care. There is no online or e-consult services, if you're unlucky enough to be signed up to this practice then you essentially are excluded from non-emergency room NHS care."

"Absolute terrible service, I phoned the surgery this morning to book an appointment for my 5 year old daughter. After being in a phone queue for almost and hour I was told there was no appointments left for the day, the surgery had been open for an hour at that point. She told me that all the appointments had been taken by 8:30 am which meant I had been waiting in a queue for just over half an hour for no reason as I wasn't able to have the appointment booked for the following day. Ever since the surgery's merged the service has been absolutely dreadful which is a shame because the GP's are really good when you can see them."

"Sadly since the merger with 2 other local surgeries, I found the service rapidly declining. On it's own it worked brilliantly. You may have had a slight wait past your alloted time but not like now. The gps and nursing staff I cant fault, even admin try to be helpful, but being a deaf person with mobility issues I cant do phone calls and struggle with computerised face time meetings etc. It has to be physical f2f for me. Also the trek there and back is a bind for me. I have repeatedly mentioned this to staff and gps but they dont fully take on board or seem to act on issues raised. For me it has to be email or text with option to reply back, but after months of asking, still no option provided and response to emails take around 2 to 3 weeks!! If responded to at all! My second grievance is repeat prescription. Now with the new website layout. I cant even find repeat prescription option anymore which means now going to surgery just to hand in a slip of paper which used to be able to be done online without belonging to access system. There must be other deaf/hard of hearing patients struggling with this as well....why wont this company work on their duty of care to disabled people and give us a helping hand here? I try not to use the surgery but when I really have to, I do feel alot of frustration and am loathe to reallybother if I need their help."

"Accessing care used to be quicker, since merging it is perfectly normal to wait an hour or more for anyone to pick up. Calling them now and the wait was an hour and 14 minutes. There is currently also no e consult services due to staff shortages. People at the surgery are great, just the new company Modality letting everyone down, as since they took over things have got worse not better. I hope they get their act together soon."
