"I had a non surgical lift which used dermal fillers. The filler was placed unevenly under my eyes but when I went back I was told I’d have to pay £100s for more filler to even the areas up! The service and attitude of the owner was really disappointing and on reflection I felt short changed as it was too expensive for what it was. I then went to a dermatologist to correct it and she commented that she could tell it hadn’t been done by a dermatology doctor who really understood the face."

"Really disappointed, particularly as a returning customer. I decided to treat myself to an (expensive) treatment after a tough few weeks and being made redundant. When I returned to The Clinic for my ‘check up', I was unhappy with the results of the treatment but confident of a remedy (particularly based on past experiences with Mayoni and having spent a lot of money here). It has always been my experience as a customer in an establishment such as this that if you are not happy with the results, given the cost of the treatments, adjustments are willingly made. Story short, I was told that to improve the results, I would have to pay again for the treatment. So essentially two treatments for the outcome I expected (note also that I had had this treatment before with much more successful results and so do not feel that my expectations were unreasonable). I was also told that “life is very stressful at the moment and it unfortunately shows on your face”. Suffice to say, still unhappy with my results, over £350 down, and will not be returning. Unfortunately this is not a cheap place to go and quite fairly I expected better more and cannot afford to be ‘treated’ like this when I am spending my money to feel better and not worse about myself."

"I recently saw Silivia for a waxing appointment. She was professional and friendly with great attention to detail. The whole experience was really positive! Kimberly at the front desk is always so lovely and welcoming, and the business seems to have adapted well in these strange times. The whole clinic felt very clean and hygienic, and every measure was taken to ensure that I felt comfortable (masks where worn, hand sanitiser was available at the front desk). I never thought I'd look forward to my next waxing appointment, but I'd feel very happy going back to Dr Mayoni's clinic :)"
