"A follow up: after my previous experience I continued using CBR clinics. Arran Entwistle was the person helping me. The treatment gave me instant relief and I really appreciated the different techniques, like neck stretching, that he used. The massage was gentle, but very effective and I immediately felt better. My neck has been consistently improving and Arran also helped with my back pain. After evaluating my condition, Arran recommended additional exercises which have helped strengthen my neck muscle and back muscle. I would highly recommend Arran! I had very good experience at CBR clinics. I had been bothered by neck pain for more than one year and the exercises I found from the internet did not seem to help. Antonios recognized the causes of my neck pain very fast and pointed out areas of muscle I should try to strengthen/stretch. The treatment has significantly alleviated the pain and the exercises he recommended are quite helpful as they are targeted to my problems. The neck pain is mostly gone after a few sessions and I would definitely recommend Antonios."

"Kasia was great I would definitely recommend her services to others. She managed to help me with both my shoulder and an old hamstring injury which I thought was a lost cause already. She explained to me and helped me understand how the affected areas work and provided me with exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles to make sure that the injury will not recur. After few visits my shoulder is noticeably stronger and my hamstring is no longer tight restoring a lot of my movement range. "Very good experience with Antonios. I came here because I have stiff neck and that gives me headache and painful jaw, also a choking feeling around my throat. Other physio or GP or specialist I saw previously they don’t recognise my throat or jaw issue is actually linked with my neck, but Antonios recognised them immediately and comes with a stretching plus exercise plan to release the tension and ease the pain.
