Best of all, she was down to earth and put me at ease. On previous visits with other therapists, I have felt pressurised to buy additional products or treatments, whereas Eda was able to explain what else was available (and the associated benefits) without asking me to make a significant financial commitment on the spot. This is a thoughtful approach to sales, as I am more likely to go away and consider the additional options (whereas cold sales tends to be a turn-off for me)."

"Doesn't work I have had 9 sessions now, have had 0 results. I have been attending the Tower Bridge clinic and their machines have broken down 3 times now, so I have been left with long gaps in between treatments. I have never had an appointment that has started on time, which has made me late to go back to work several times. I have tried to get in touch multiple times and the head office keeps telling me to speak to the clinic direct, who are super unhelpful and rude. Every time I do they say they will call me back, and they never do, and they just keep telling me to do more and more sessions. And worst of all all 9 sessions were extremely uncomfortable and painful. I have now been left with permanent marks from the laser. So not only have I been left with no hair reduction, but a total waste of money and time, and also permanent marks! I am beyond frustrated, and I can't get in touch with anyone to discuss! If I had been able to just talk to someone about this person to person, I wouldn't be so frustrated, but I have just been left with this to deal with on my own."
