"Worst facial experience ever. Came in early and a therapist was sat on the sofa in reception as if she was relaxing at home, I was told the therapist was with a client so I left and came back later. When I arrived back I was met by the same therapist who was relaxing on the sofa. She used gloves on my face and hardly touched my face with her hands. She quickly cleansed my face by putting a cleanser on and taking it off in a few seconds. She continued to smear the “collagen” gel on me, getting it in my ears and my nose. She proceeded with the electronic device which really just massages the face. On completion she rubbed a mask on my face and that was it. The lights were on the entire time, shining into eyes and the whole experience lasted approximately 30min. I paid £155 for a terrible experience and a treatment that has done absolutely nothing. Never Again."
