"I booked my pcr test to go on holiday with them, I pass every day to go to work in front of their clinic and I had always read that they carried out the test at 69 £ and that if you book on the site there is a discount by adding a discount code. a very large writing that I attach in the photo. but when I booked the code was not valid. I booked anyway, the morning I went to the clinic the girl at the reception was very rude, she wanted to see the payment (I don't understand how they don't know that it is paid since it is done online from their site) and I asked why the discount code did not work, she always very rude replied that the code was old and is no longer valid. so I suggested to remove the external billboard because it is deceptive since they are aware that it does not work. and in response she turned her back and told me to sit down and wait my turn. if the covid and the various governments did not force us to do this, I would never set foot in this clinic. they are rude and take advantage of the fact that they are working so hard only with tampons. never again"
