"Purchased a group on for £35 only for the merchant to contact me 2 hours prior to my appointment and demand I pay £25 more or do not attend the appointment because I had not attended an appointment one year ago. Despite the fact that I had paid for the missed appointment and so no business was lost. The woman was rude, refused to listen, kept talking over me saying ‘we lost the slot’ which they did not as the slot was paid for and I was only unable to attend due to having Covid."
"Very poor experience. It was the shortest scale & polish appointment I've ever had, in less then ten minutes the dentist finished his work. The dentist was quite aggressive in his acctions and also his attitude, which was a bit offensive, and it felt has he rushed to finish the appointment as it isn't his main interest and preffered type of work. He was very critical and soon after his feedback he tried to sell further appointments with their clinic. The overall experince was of trying to optimize their time, get as much money in as minimum time and not customer oriented at all. NOT recommended."
"Waste of money and time! My cleaning (advertised to take 20-30min) took less than 3min The dentist excuse himself not cleaning my permanent retainers on reason that it can't be cleaned?!!! I had it cleaned countless time before. It is probably extremely annoying to do but to tell me that it can't be done from a presumably qualified dentist that's absolutely not acceptable! Never ever again! I've read the reviews but I also know that many times people are just mean, big mistake! You won't have your teeth cleaned in this place, it takes longer to say hi/bye than to have them checking your teeth. Avoid it entirely!"
"Phoned the day ahead to say I had a head cold, and asked if it was advisable to come in - as I didn't have access to a lateral flow. I then had a positive result for Covid-19, but couldn't get through to reception as it was a Saturday I guess. Anyway, they're ignoring my emails and have redeemed the Groupon voucher, leaving me £60 out of pocket with no appointment or way to get a refund. Really poor service, and totally unprofessional."
"Very disappointed. The whole session took 6 minutes! My bottom teeth got scaled and polished but my top ones only polished. As I could feel the difference, I went back in and asked why I could still see brown patches (from coffee) on my top teeth but they were removed from my bottom ones. The dentist said I needed teeth whitening (absolute non sense as it's tartar that needs to be removed). He was more interested in offering me other treatments than actually doing the job I paid for. Never again."
