"So far I’m not having the best luck using this service. I’ve had to wait for days before I could actually book an appointment for a phone call. When I was finally able to make the appointment, I wasn’t called as arranged - my ‘appointment’ had been moved to another time without notice and the time changed. Upon calling reception to find out what was going on, I was pretty much dismissed and told to wait for my call, which will now be hours later. Not impressed as per when it comes to Croydon medical services."

"I had a few telephone appointments, because needed to put Mirena coil after polips removed. I have a letter from Croydon hospital gynecology department that must put a Mirena coil soon as possible. On the 3th call I have got a appointment on November 23. Today is November 4. Confirmation about appointment I didn't get yet. This clinic don't even deserve a star."

"I don’t normally leave reviews but thought I would here as I checked the reviews myself before visiting seeking reassurance. My experience here was positive from start to finish. The lady on reception was friendly, and the doctor and nurse I had during my copper coil/IUD fitting were so professional and reassuring. Everything was explained to me as we went through, and the procedure was over so quickly it took me by surprise. I had nothing to worry about and was really impressed by the whole service."
