"I've been dealing with unexplained health issues for a long time, and there is no place more concentrated in intelligent, open-minded and conscientious doctors. Except for one bad experience, all the other doctors I have seen here, particularly Dr Glynne and Prof Khullar, have seen us as partners in a search for the root cause of my problems. Their approach is not only very rational but also respectful of our own expertise in dealing with our health. Not all health issues are straightforward to solve but it is nice to know there is a place where I can get sound and helpful advice from impartial, unbiased doctors."

I have always found the Clinic's staff and Consultants welcoming, efficient and thorough. I have seen in particular Dr Glynne and Dr Vanderpump who have always taken time to listen and offer sound practical advice for my situation. I believe the consultants at the clinic are involved with and/or constantly reviewing medical research and not afraid to say when they are still learning e.g. Vestibular conditions, Covid, Peri/Menopause and more. The imaging department has been excellent on more than one occasion and follow up has been timely and considered. In addition, Dr Glynne's swift help with a family friend probably saved the gentleman's life. I guess everyone's experience if different but I would have no hesitation recommending the clinic and the consultants I have seen."

"As a physician working in the NHS myself I found the service at this clinic appalling. Came here merely to drop off a sample in a correctly labelled bottle with a pathology form emailed by the consultant - waited 50 minutes waiting to see a nurse to simply print out a label. This too after making a fuss at reception. The management team needs to change this pathway asap as currently this is unacceptable for a private service and I most certainly would not be using or recommending this clinic in the future."

"Several TERRIBLE experiences at The Physicians' Clinic, AVOID!! This place is very expensive but i have had several appalling experiences of very long delays here. Staff are fine, clearly the management /systems of the place are just not up to the job. Encourage your Consultants to use another of the very good nearby services."
