"My partner was admitted in this centre and even he was well cared, he was continuously over medicated. The place is actually scary, the first time I visited him I cried because the place was a copy of a horror movie."

"I was placed in a hotel and just left there on my own after trying to contact and engage no response. I think there should be more communication between these agencies because were the ones that suffer at the end of the day It has now been 6 months im sleeping on the floor, im disabled and need help with housing which they said they sort it out… So much for all your help… i will become a mitre watch this space :-("

"I used to work here as a nurse. I enjoyed the job and the place but the shortage of nurses made it incredibly demanding. It’s hard to give 100% when you are having to work 60hr + a week to cover shifts and to be able to earn enough to live in London. It was unsustainable and made for an unsafe environment for patients."

"Stayed here quite a few years ago so added a star for fairness as they may have improved. I have been sectioned here twice. Experiences were poor. Staff mostly at a loss on how to deal with acute mental illness. I was insulted by one staff member and had another staff member argue with me and call me ungrateful when i was nothing but polite the whole time. It may have been staff burnout or compassion fatigue. Whatever the case I certainly hope they have improved. Much better experience at st pancras."
