"I went to this salon in order to get a botox to stop me frowning. I was given some injections and invited to visit the salon two weeks later for assessment and top-up. In between these two weeks I had no changes whatsoever. The frown was still there. After two weeks I received another set of injections.. Days past... Nothing. I was still fully using my muscles and frowning as I did before. The owner, Trudy, invited me for another set of injections after a week. She was all dramatic about how strong my muscles are and how she really needs a big dose for my musculature. Even after this, third set of botox injections my forehead was fully engaging in every single contraction. I have wasted £220 on this `placebo` botox. Do not spend your money at this salon. Trudy and her team are not achieving any results when it comes to botox even though they claim they have decades of experience. I am very disappointed and feel completely robbed. Terrible experience."
